Copper Falls Applied Systems.
A small applied-systems shop working at the point where training meets equipment. We teach teams to see what is happening around them, and we build the tools that make that easier to do under pressure.
The shop
Two halves, one shop.
The work runs from a classroom block through to software a unit carries in the field. Keeping both halves in one shop is deliberate: instruction that has never met the equipment goes stale, and equipment that has never met a student is a demonstration, not a capability.

Offline first
A connection is a convenience, never a dependency. If it is only useful online, it is not useful where it is going.
Nothing phones home
No analytics, no crash telemetry, no silent sync. What the device learns stays on the device unless a person decides otherwise.
Ordinary hardware
Commodity phones and laptops a team can buy, replace and leave behind — not issued kit that draws attention.
Quiet presentation
Software that does not announce what it is by sitting on the home screen announcing what it is.
Recoverable
A known state to return to, and a way to get there under pressure and without the network.
Testable claims
Every number we state is one we can reproduce on request, from a signed baseline.
